What kind of yarn are you?

You are Shetland Wool. You are a traditional sort who can sometimes be a little on the harsh side. Though you look delicate you are tough as nails and prone to intricacies. Despite your acerbic ways you are widely respected and even revered.

I am mohair. “You are a warm and fuzzy type who works well with others, doing your share without being too weighty. You can be stubborn and absolutely refuse to change your position once it is set, but that’s okay since you are good at covering up your mistakes.” This was an amusing quiz for me, since I know nothing from wool.

I notice they didn’t ask any questions about how much work I’m willing to put into hygiene and grooming. If they had, I’m pretty sure I would not be mohair.

you and me both. not what i expected. don’t know what i expected. found you via technocrati. can’t wait to read more.

I came up as mohair as well. I can only figure that this was because a) I would cook for a friend in need and b) of all the cities they listed to live in, the only one I’d actually want to live in was Omaha. I’m such a midwesterner…

Well, warm and fuzzy people, I am flattered that you choose to associate with someone as acerbic as me. But then, possibly you revere me. 🙂

Very cool I’ve shown up on technocrati–thanks, bekka!

5. Mickey - June 10, 2006

Well, I’ve always liked your acerbicness (or what I prefer to think of as “snark”), so long as it wasn’t coming directly *at* me…

6. v - June 15, 2006

I grew up in her acerbicness, i’s like oxygen to me. Is that why I’m such a hardass bitch today?

7. merp - June 21, 2006

Gee, thanks guys. I’m so touched.

“You are a very hard worker, most at home when you’re at home. You are thrifty and seemingly born to clean. You are considered to be a Plain Jane, but you are too practical to notice.”

I trust that this quiz is not statistically reliable.
Born to clean? Me??
OK, the other stuff, maybe.

Who’s Christian Slater?

Hilarious! Born to clean might not be the same as like to clean! Christian Slater is an actor v used to
