Personally, I like the floppy ears.
We have the same problem when we take pictures of Homer. Freaky looking.

Well, yeah, I like the Gromit ears, too. If only his personality were more Gromit-like. He could make breakfast for us, fetch our slippers, answer the door, shake his head and roll his eyes at our never-ending mishaps, cleverly save the day every time, and bring us cheeeese! Sigh. I don’t think they offer a training class in that. But the floppy ears are a start.
